About Us

 Cynthia is a Certified Public Accountant and has owned and operated her accounting firm since 1995. Cynthia earned her graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Memphis. Cynthia offers clients a variety of specialized accounting services, including payroll, taxes, and consulting services. 

 Joyce is in charge of all the bookkeeping. She supervises all bookkeeping activities and specializes in payroll tax, account reconciliations, sales tax, business licenses, and bank reconciliations. Joyce has years of experience and enjoys her work. She has been a professional working with the firm for many years. 

Shanda is our Office Manager and has kept things running smoothly for several years. A lifelong resident of Memphis, TN, and a University of Memphis graduate, she handles phone calls, emails, appointments, bookkeeping, and filings. Shanda's dedication and organizational skills are key to our office's efficiency. 

Ben graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2017 and has been our go-to for various financial services, including bookkeeping, tax preparation, and business license filing. Ben joined us in 2015 and left to explore corporate accounting in 2018 before returning in 2023 bringing with him valuable experience to our dynamic environment.

 One of the best known and loved members of the staff is our customer relations specialist and Chief Paw-sitivity Officer, Spike. A certified therapy dog, Spike is always prepared to provide customers and staff with any emotional support they might need. But don't get on this pup's bad side; he's also the Chief Security Officer and won't hesitate to send you to the dog house.

In addition to our core team, our office employs additional part-time accountants who assist with tax return preparation, data entry, and bookkeeping. Their expertise and support are essential in helping us meet our clients' needs efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality service throughout the year.
